As a project manager, you take care of all contact with the customer during the development process of a product after approval of the product specifications. As a contact point for the customer, the project manager is a fixed face for the customer and there is a clear line of communication for the customer. In addition, the project manager is responsible for a clear and realistic project plan and all required product documentation. The project manager is accountable to the management.
Responsibilities.
• Contact with customer during the development process of a new product.
Approval with customer's signature on necessary project documents, e.g. project plan, quotation, ... .
• Planning of the projects.
• Draw up a clear and realistic project plan.
• Preparation of required product documentation.
• Reporting project progress to management.
• Guidance and support for the process.
• Drafting, checking and approval of project plan.
• Contact with customer about product approval.
• Contact with customer regarding approval of quotation and delivery agreement.
• Contact with customer regarding planning of product realisation.
• Contact with customer about acceptance.
• Support Test (both release and production test).
• Support RMA plan.
• Working together with colleagues in a project group.
• Supervising product trails with innovative schemes.
Profile.
• You are an organisational and documentation talent.
• You can work in a structured way.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Ecxel, Word, ...).
• Excellent customer-focused communication skills.
• Driven to deliver projects.
• It helps if you are familiar with agile values and principles, but that is not a must. You will soon discover how we apply them.
• You feel comfortable working alone as well as in a Scrum team.
